Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop automation solutions.
- Conduct analysis on projects and strategic decisions to enhance the experience for our driver partners and riders.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that powers our policies.
- Coordinate with members of the Community Operations team globally to measure the impact and efficiency of new products and business processes.
- Build, maintain, and automate detailed processes for city, regional, and global operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced understanding of software engineering terms.
- Graduating in 2024.
- Exceptional knowledge of JavaScript with a strong background in SQL.
- Ability to work with remote teams and across time zones to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to transfer knowledge to the team.Good communication and organizational skills.
- Effective people and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred skills:
- Excellent skills in SQL, JavaScript programming/coding, and JSON data manipulation.
- Knowledge of code management via GIT.
- Familiarity with databases such as Vertica and PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and/or Lucidchart is a plus.
