Key Responsibilities for Recruiter:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements and specifications.
- Conduct job analysis to determine essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each position.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve sourcing and hiring processes.
- Proactively source candidates through online job postings, networking events, job fairs, and recruitment agencies.
- Review resumes, screen candidates, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the position.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization and provide feedback to hiring managers.
- Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate terms and conditions of employment.
- Provide necessary information and support to new hires to facilitate their integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, recruitment activities, and hiring metrics using applicant tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities for Process Analyst – HR:
- Update and process employee data in the HR system to provide accurate and timely information to various HR services.
- Interface with customers to resolve questions and issues regarding compensation administration and processes.
- Provide data to the internal business controls team as required.
- Ensure compliance with the client’s existing standards.
- Maintain a good understanding of internal and external policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance related to Human Resources, and respond to employee queries accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good understanding of the industry or sector in which they are recruiting, including trends, market conditions, and competitor analysis.
- Skill in effectively targeting candidates and providing valuable insights to hiring managers.
Preferred skills:
- Ability to maintain a strong professional network to tap into talent pools, gain referrals, and stay updated on industry trends.
