Key Responsibilities:
- Collect information from diverse sources such as data warehouses, databases, and data integration and modeling tools, interpreting patterns and trends.
- Create and refine record management processes and policies.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships across all client levels, comprehensively grasping their needs.Deliver sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to the client base.
- Recognize opportunities for enhancing efficiency and automating processes.
- Establish and manage automated data processes.
- Evaluate and implement external services and tools to aid data validation and cleansing.
- Generate and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to gain a comprehensive understanding of data content.
- Develop and execute surveys, analyzing survey data in accordance with customer requirements.
- Analyze and interpret intricate data sets pertinent to the customer’s business, generating reports for both internal and external audiences utilizing business analytics reporting tools.
- Design data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to demonstrate business performance and offer sector and competitor benchmarking.
- Extract and analyze extensive datasets, drawing valid conclusions, and effectively presenting them to management using reporting tools.
- Create predictive models and communicate insights to clients based on their specific needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree
Functional Competencies/ Skill:
- Utilizing Technology: Proficiency in current and emerging technologies (automation, tools, and systems) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within one’s own role or client organization.
- Process Excellence: Capability to adhere to established standards and norms, ensuring consistent outcomes, and effectively controlling and mitigating risks.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with various programming languages and software (such as Python, Microsoft Excel, VBA, Matlab, SQL, etc.) as well as tools for data analytics.
