Key Responsibilities:
- Build scalable systems.
- Lead technical discussions.
- Deliver high-quality results.
- Participate in code reviews and guide the team in engineering best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to the definition, development, integration, testing, documentation, and support across multiple platforms (GCP, Python, Hadoop, SAP, Teradata, Machine Learning).
- Establish a consistent project management framework and develop processes to deliver high-quality software in rapid iterations for business partners in multiple geographies.
- Participate in a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for databases, applications, and tools.
- Balance production platform stability, feature delivery, and reduction of technical debt across a broad landscape of technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Maintain consistently high standards, with a passion for quality in all aspects of work.
- Experience in the Payments/Finance domain.
- Knowledge of statistical and machine learning models.
- Proficient with GCP BQ, Python, Hadoop, SQL, and PL/SQL data processing and data flow.
- Expertise in data warehouses, data marts, distributed data platforms, and data lakes.Skilled in data modeling and schema design.
- Proficient in reporting and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI.Experience with CI/CD processes.
- Advocate for extremely high standards of code quality, system reliability, and performance.
- Proven track record of coding in at least one programming language (e.g., Scala, Python).Excellent structured thinking skills, with the ability to break down multi-dimensional problems.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
