Key Responsibilities:
- Write new software, modify existing software, or integrate software applications and modules according to agreed-upon specifications.
- Understand low-complexity business requirements and translate them into code.
- Actively participate and collaborate in meetings, processes, agile ceremonies, and interactions with other technology groups.
- Interpret code and solve problems based on established good practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews for learning purposes.
- Address incidents identified by the continuous code quality inspection tool.
- Carry out activities with moderate guidance and review.
- Execute on provided design specifications.
- Provide technical support to operations or other development teams as needed.
- Create and maintain all required technical documentation and manuals related to assigned components to ensure supportability.
- Suggest problem solutions or software enhancements for review by a more senior developer.
- Implement solutions as directed within established standards.
- Participate in project planning sessions with team members to analyze development requirements, provide design options, and offer work breakdowns and estimates.
- Provide status updates for own scope of work within projects.
- Participate in internal team and status meetings.
- Develop software using disciplined software development processes, adhering to team/company standards, software best practices, and corporate policies.
- Explain difficult issues and obtain agreement as needed.
- Support the support team in resolving customer issues and providing remote access assistance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant IT field.
Preferred skills:
- Hands-on experience in full-stack Java development within an Agile (Scrum) distributed environment.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of multi-threading and memory management.
- Knowledge of Azure cloud concepts is a plus.
- Ability to connect to back-end services using RESTful APIs.
- Sound understanding of project management and code versioning tools (e.g., GitHub, ADO).Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Agile learner with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills.
