Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the functioning of engagement tools.
- Collaborate with EY tax teams to comprehend their data requirements and fulfill their data needs.
- Conduct training sessions and process demonstrations with effective communication skills.
- Document current processes from EY tax teams, including detailed Level 5 process maps.Publish weekly reports to leadership showcasing project progress.
- Possess working knowledge of account reconciliations, reviewing trial balances, preparing fixed asset registers, and posting entries into accounting systems.
- Knowledge of any ERP systems involved in global service delivery is a plus.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Commerce, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
Preferred skills:
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, automation, and analytical skills.Keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with evolving business needs.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio, with working knowledge of Advanced MS Office, Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Automate.
