Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, review, and analyze business processes and systems to understand design implications across Business, IT, and Operations.
- Support the reengineering of processes, providing detailed guidance on process design with consideration for risk, end-to-end integration, and cost.
- Conduct impact assessments for change requests on design, scope, time, budget, or effort in the program plan, providing accurate estimates for new requirements, design changes, and scope adjustments.
- Develop control structures and performance scorecards (KPIs) to ensure project milestones, budgets, resources, and employee engagement goals are met, and implement mitigating actions as needed.
- Collaborate with markets and regions to understand the regulatory, customer, and competitive landscape.
- Support the team by quickly familiarizing new members with the team’s purpose and expectations.
- Assist Programme leadership in communicating strategic direction across global, regional, and country structures.
- Foster and encourage constructive teamwork across countries, functions, and businesses by demonstrating collaboration and promptly addressing activities and behaviors inconsistent with HSBC’s diversity policy and the best interests of the business and its customers.
