Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage analytics and technology to drive decision-making, supporting Sanofi’s mission to tackle global health threats.
- Transform the commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization to enhance decision-making across the end-to-end commercialization process, from business development to late lifecycle management.
- Deliverables support planning and decision-making across various functional areas, including finance, manufacturing, product development, and commercial.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, drive synergies across the franchise, foster innovation and best practices, and create solutions to enhance speed, scale, and shareability in planning processes.
- Support the analytics team based in the US, focusing on robust analytics to maximize product potential across multiple disciplines.
- Implement innovative analytics techniques to generate insights across franchises.
- Assist in managing ad-hoc and regular reporting requests.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and follow-ups on project management activities, project resources, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of all analytics and dashboard requirements.
- Maintain dashboards and metrics according to requirements, ensuring data consistency across all dashboards and analytics needs.
- Proactively identify analytical requirements and develop SOPs for dashboards and other analytical needs.
- Provide training on analytical tools and their usage.
- Build advanced tools and automate or improve processes for analytical and other needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Science, Operations, Management, Statistics, Decision Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, or a related field (e.g., PhD, MBA).
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of English with effective written and spoken communication skills.
- Experience: Up to 1 year of experience with analytical tools such as MS Office Suite, SQL, Python, R, Power BI, etc.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong learning agility.
- Ability to manage ambiguous environments and adapt to changing business needs.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong presentation skills.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Knowledge of database querying languages such as SQL and Alteryx.
- Ability to clean, manipulate, and analyze data sets.
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques (depending on the job level).
- Basic understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data querying and data extraction from various sources.
- Strong problem-solving approach with attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and insights effectively.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
