Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Finance Communications India Mailbox.
- Ensure all communications align with the communication guidelines, organizational policies, and values.
- Liaise with colleagues and stakeholders across Finance, serving as the point of contact for all communications-related queries and support.
- Support the BM team and leadership in managing events from start to finish.
- Serve as the point of contact for leadership visits, including planning agendas and events.
- Act as a contact point for training queries.
- Test and communicate about new releases, producing user guides and tailored system documentation.
- Create and approve purchase orders, and manage communications with the Sourcing and Professional Qualifications team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA
- Strong written and verbal communication, training, and facilitation skills.
- Team player with good attention to detail.
- Ability to examine details and adhere to policies and guidelines.
Preferred skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (especially Mailbox) and digital solutions.
- Understanding of Finance functions.
- Experience interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in difficult situations and strong time-keeping skills.
