Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the end-to-end EDI architecture and business processes between HP and partner systems, collaborating with IT and operations teams to address recurring EDI fallout issues.
- Collaborate with HP IT, partner operations/IT, and regional teams to identify and permanently fix EDI issues.Drive process improvements to achieve business benefits.
- Identify issues in gateway systems and work with IT to resolve them.
- Monitor document flow within the HP system.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred skills:
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work extra hours when business needs arise, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- SAP knowledge with technical awareness (experience working with IT preferred).Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, particularly in procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and logistics (preferred).
