Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand the process documents provided by the customer.
- Analyze insurance claims and process them according to standard operating procedures.
- Understand and calculate the patient’s responsibility (Coordination of Benefits – COB) and perform insurance calculations.
- Familiarize yourself with multiple client applications, navigate them effectively, and capture the necessary information to process insurance claims.
