Key Responsibilities:
- Define, design, build, and implement analytical solutions for all stages of a Direct Mail campaign, from lead generation to product selection and performance measurement.
- Develop data segmentation and optimization strategies to target profitable prospects with the appropriate product and incentive through Direct Mail.
- Work with Marketing teams to establish a disciplined test and learn strategy, set goals and forecasts for the channel, and drive data-driven strategy changes and personalization initiatives.
- Collaborate with Decision Science and Capabilities teams to manage, guide, and develop analytical solutions and models that enhance targeting efficiency in Direct Mail campaigns.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Decision Science, Capabilities, Finance, GIO, and CFR to achieve program objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess an advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills, with preferred experience in Big Data programming languages (Hive, Spark), Python, and SQL.
- Have experience in processing and handling large datasets, with a basic understanding of data science as an added advantage.
- Exhibit the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and motivate partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
Preferred skills:
- Display strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve unstructured and complex business problems and articulate key findings to senior leaders and partners in a clear and concise manner.
- Have basic knowledge of statistical techniques, including hypothesis testing, regression, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
