Key Responsibilities:
1:1 Deal Support Requests:
- Identify top opportunities against competition.
- Work with account teams to understand the deal context.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to tackle competition in specific deals.
Competitor Play-books and POVs:
- Analyze competitor presence and impact in the operating unit (OU).
- Create detailed competitor POVs and play-books to equip field teams to tackle the competition.
Enablement and Learning:
- Collaborate with leaders to identify gaps in field knowledge.
- Organize and conduct high-impact learning sessions to provide sales teams with necessary knowledge about competition.
Business Intelligence:
- Build accurate regional reports on competitive deals.
- Conduct deep win/loss analysis on opportunities against competition.
- Share insights on trends with regional and global leaders.
- Plan and develop local market strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of sales and research processes.
