Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on the Corporate Security vision, mission, and goals.
- Collaborate with partners to define meaningful metrics.
- Build dashboards to effectively communicate key information.
- Summarize key metrics for leadership review.
- Gather and aggregate requirements from various stakeholders.
- Document the strategic development plan and tactical implementation schedule.
- Advise on ServiceNow implementation, including module selection and upgrade plans.
- Utilize industry best practices to support the mission.
- Undertake additional projects as required by leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow implementation.
- Experience in developing metrics.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools and reporting.
- High level of competency with technology, including Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to build consensus and interact effectively at all levels.
