Key Responsibilities:
- Participate as project team members in conducting process consulting, internal audits, risk consulting, and executing other GRCS solutions.
- Consistently deliver quality client services.
- Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are informed about progress and expected outcomes.
- Demonstrate basic accounting and process-related knowledge, along with the ability to assimilate new knowledge.
- Stay current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
- Be prepared to travel to client locations within India and abroad as required by the job.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates with a degree in BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM, or a similar field, with 0 to 2 years of related audit, business, or sector experience.
- Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) would be an added advantage.
Preferred skills:
- Possess a basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an advantage if knowledgeable in advanced data analytical tools.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams.
- Have a basic understanding of IT systems and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure, meet stringent deadlines, and handle tough client conditions that may require extended working hours.
- Willingness to travel within India or abroad for extended periods.
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and a strong work ethic.
