Key Responsibilities:
- Attend client knowledge transfer sessions and utilize admin guides to gain a thorough understanding of benefits, demonstrating good comprehension and quick learning abilities.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to serve as training and reference materials for future team members, requiring basic knowledge of MS Word.
- Create activity calendars and checklists, necessitating basic knowledge of Excel.
- Understand and perform admin activities without missing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), effectively using tools such as Assist, SHARP, Benify, and Excel.
- Coordinate with team members and provide backup support for each other as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Preferably has 1 year of experience.
- Basic proficiency in PC applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- Experience with SAP, Workday (WD), and GreyTip is preferable.
- Possesses good communication skills.
- Demonstrates a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Exhibits a positive learning attitude.
- Possesses good writing skills.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure, is an added advantage.
