Key Responsibilities:
- As a Data Analyst, you will be a vital part of the Conversation Intelligence (CI) platform team, which oversees the continuous service of a suite of machine learning models, providing valuable insights to our customers.
- Engage in job monitoring, data and query runs, incident maintenance, and escalation, including addressing user access-related incidents, and analyzing or reviewing logs in case of failures.
- On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will also include:
- Gathering, profiling, and mapping relevant data for use in new or existing solutions and ongoing data activities.
- Identifying and documenting data migration paths and processes, standardizing data naming, definitions, and modeling.
- Assisting in interpreting customer requirements and translating them into functional or data requirements and process models.
- Establishing and nurturing collaborative partnerships with key business stakeholders.

- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the interdependencies among various data domains.
