Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with developers and end users at every stage of the software life cycle to ensure applications align with user needs.
- Conduct testing utilizing various methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
- Develop and maintain test cases, test plans, and project documentation.
- Engage in constructive peer review of test cases.
- Identify and communicate software defects and inconsistencies.
- Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications to achieve comprehensive test coverage.
- Assist in the execution of acceptance test scripts by end users.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in writing and executing manual tests for complex software applications; familiarity with automated testing is advantageous.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within cross-departmental teams comprising software developers, department leads, and end users.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in computer usage.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is beneficial.
