Key Responsibilities:
- Small Event Project Operations Management:
- Handle incoming requests from the APAC Field Marketing Team, ensuring all project details meet the requirements for the field marketing operation team within specified SLAs.
- Collaborate with the APAC Field Marketing Team and the Field Programs Team to gauge capacity and allocate resources effectively.
- Efficiently complete assigned requests within agreed deadlines.
- Onsite Registration Support:
- Facilitate smooth onsite event registration procedures to enhance attendee experience.
- Enhance engagement with the target audience during onsite registration.
- Management of Event Technology Platform:
- Coordinate requirements for the event technology platform to ensure seamless integration and functionality, enhancing customer experience.
- Manage pre-event and post-event data requirements, including unique links for e-tickets and personalized surveys.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during events for smooth operation.
- Develop surveys to gather attendee feedback.
- Data and Email Operations Management:
- Coordinate data operations for event registration and attendance tracking.
- Manage email demand generation for small events to boost registrations.
- Oversee post-event communication channels for timely and targeted follow-up with attendees.
- Ensure receipt of customer feedback for each event.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated expertise in event management, particularly within corporate settings.
- Robust organizational and project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple tasks concurrently.
- Superb communication and interpersonal proficiencies, fostering effective collaboration across diverse teams.
- Competency in data analysis, coupled with familiarity in CRM systems such as Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere, adept at adjusting to shifting priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Mastery in SQL, particularly T-SQL or SQL Server 2008.
- Background in providing strategic event support.
