Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of incoming calls, resolving inquiries to meet customer expectations and enhance relationships to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service by addressing questions related to administrative accounts at the corporate level.
- Evaluate the mood, inquiry, and profile of the PA (Personal Assistant), and advise accordingly to share relevant messages and offers.
- Recognize the importance and sensitivity of the assigned responsibilities, especially since servicing involves high-level executive officers of client organizations.
- Foster a positive team environment by acknowledging and celebrating the contributions and successes of others.
- Demonstrate the ability to offer alternatives and utilize superior service skills during call handling to ensure optimal solutions and First Call Resolution (FCR) for customers.
- Establish rapport quickly with customers/clients, creating a comfortable atmosphere.
- Achieve goals related to Employee, Customer, and Shareholder Metrics.
