Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality data collation, analysis, extraction, and entry into work tools according to specified guidelines.
- Achieve predefined individual and team targets by consistently delivering outcomes of exceptional quality.
- Contribute input and suggestions for improving collection methods and enhancing products related to the dataset.
- Participate in projects as they arise, ensuring completion within designated timelines while upholding desired quality standards.
- Troubleshoot problems and provide assistance to the team as needed.
- Assist the team in optimizing workflow and processes for the department.
- Foster technical expertise within the department.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and surpassing targets with high levels of efficiency.
- Possesses an analytical mindset, adept at identifying process efficiencies, proposing improvement ideas, and effectively managing their implementation and change.
- Exhibits strong soft skills including communication, building stakeholder relationships, and mentoring.
- Proficiency or working knowledge in SQL/PowerBI.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to thoroughly document processes.
- Clear and articulate communication skills.
- Capable of multitasking effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate proficiently with stakeholders across global locations.
- Willingness to work in all shifts on a rotational basis, including night shifts for multiple weeks in a quarter during peak volume periods.
- Readiness to work extended hours during critical times, such as quarterly reporting, as necessitated by business needs.
Preferred skills:
- Possesses certification and practical experience in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates proficiency in Excel macros and familiarity with data visualization tools.
