Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test procedures and/or scripts manually or using automated tools.
- Monitor and report on test execution promptly, emphasizing the attainment of exceptional quality.
- Document and elaborate on test execution outcomes, encompassing all necessary details to support ongoing measurement and reporting on risks, defects, tests, and coverage.
- Analyze reports and discrepancies to identify root causes and assess script failures at a high level.
- Compare and evaluate system behavior against expected results and key metrics, based on business and technical requirements. Identify issues, propose system enhancements, and conduct iterative test execution to address identified concerns.
- Participate in and contribute to internal design reviews of testing materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a B.A. or B.Sc. degree in IT, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrate proven experience or knowledge in programming, testing tools, and testing methodologies.
- Possess hands-on technical experience in software project testing.
