Key Responsibilities:
- Assist ETL/Reporting/Conversion developers based on the generated mappings.
- Collaborate closely with the configuration team and DBAs to ensure alignment of configuration with interfaces and mappings.
- Enhance mapping documents by adding more detail and addressing deferred material as questions are resolved.
- Utilize SQL, data models, data element dictionary, and schema for data and business analysis.
- Develop unit test cases for designated areas of responsibility.
- Verify test plan results to meet detailed design objectives.
- Update technical specifications and mappings as needed.
- Provide support for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess analytical and data analysis skills within a technical environment, preferably in SQL.
- Demonstrate healthcare knowledge within a claims processing environment, particularly in Medicaid.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with coworkers, clients, members, providers, and customers.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in QNXT/Schema or Facets.
- Experience in data mapping.
- Healthcare/business expertise in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, and pharmacy claims.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient to excellent SQL skills.
- Experience in conversion, interface, and reporting.
