Key Responsibilities:
- Assists the SEO team in implementing on-page and off-page strategies, including acquiring brand mentions, engaging with publishers, and optimizing on-page content.
- Conducts outreach for off-page SEO campaigns aimed at increasing awareness, authority, and relevance to search engines.
- Demonstrates curiosity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to learning new tasks.
- Proficient in either Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, capable of utilizing features like pivot tables, filters, and vlookup.
- Supports the SEO team with daily and weekly analysis for various sports, including data sourcing, data cleaning, and high-level data analysis, utilizing tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Takes ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and duties.
- Conducts competitive research across multiple sports sections.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses fundamental understanding of website functionality and HTML.
- Familiarity with US sports, including NBA, NFL, baseball, etc., is advantageous.
- Demonstrates negotiation abilities.
- Exhibits outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in search engine optimization (SEO) or digital marketing to enhance website performance or visibility.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs and Google Analytics.
