Key Responsibilities:

  • As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, the primary goal is to prevent issues, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing their requests via phone, chat, and/or email, covering topics such as orders, products, payments, and website assistance.
  • Employ a diverse range of tools to navigate, research, and assess solutions, while maintaining clear and effective communication with customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Must possess the legal right to work in India.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and oral.
  • Prior experience working with computers.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday between 6 am and 11 pm.
  • Willingness and capability to adapt to rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Must have access to a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office area equipped with a desk and chair.
  • From a technical standpoint, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) is required.
