Key Responsibilities:
- Executes routine tasks within established procedures and practices under regular supervision to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines. This includes activities such as implementing standard process steps during toolchain deployment for software production, completing design documentation, and integrating subsystems with guidance.
- Follows instructions, guidance, and direction from others while leveraging personal knowledge and existing procedures to address standard problems. This involves performing specific activities related to various software development phases, such as software requirement specification and feasibility studies.
- Analyzes, designs, develops, and tests products, services, enhancements, and bug resolutions for integrated hardware/software systems based on customer requirements.
- Addresses customer trouble tickets, diagnosing complex hardware, software, or combined issues, and providing resolutions or recommending corrective actions. Plans technical requirements based on customer needs.
- Manages software/hardware build-controlled production releases, including main and update releases, service packages, maintenance updates, and customer design engineering.
- Defines the evolution of product hardware/software by creating and releasing documentation, managing change control, and notifying suppliers and customers.
- Maintains expertise in assigned products and technologies, providing training to lower support teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3).
- Ensures adherence to quality standards and contributes to the evolution and improvement of processes and tools.
- Participates in the SW Care process, especially in emergency case handling, to facilitate the quickest problem restoration when necessary.
