Key Responsibilities:
- Create shipping labels for all outgoing orders destined for customers.
- Generate labels and customs forms necessary for international shipments.
- Compare quotes from private couriers and UPS, emphasizing cost-effective options for rush orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the return of unused blanks from our orders.
- Coordinate timelines with Campus Managers when necessary.
- Liaise with printers and fulfillment centers to guarantee timely shipping.
- Communicate with UPS/USPS/FedEx to resolve shipping issues.
- Ensure order deadlines are met without fail.
- Address shipping inquiries from printers promptly.
- Engage in frequent communication via email, video calls, phone calls, and text messages.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses 1-2 years of experience in Logistics or Shipping operations.
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge of MS Excel, especially in data cleanup.
- Exhibits strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Displays excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrates great proficiency in email writing.
