Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytics efforts for user revenue growth programs and A/B tests by analyzing outcomes and communicating findings.
- Collaborate with product managers to grasp product and customer behaviors, leveraging insights to propose enhancements for customer experience and engagement.
- Specialize in integrating and refining sparse and noisy data from diverse sources.
- Assist in addressing periodic and spontaneous data inquiries to enhance understanding of customer behaviors.
- Develop reporting structures and tools empowering partners to access information independently.
- Collaborate with various teams including product analytics, Go-To-Market, and Campaign.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a similar field combined with relevant practical experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in a data science or analytics role, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Exhibit experience in hypothesis testing and A/B test analytics.
- Showcase expertise in managing large datasets using SQL/Spark SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud Platforms such as Databricks, including the ability to develop Directed Acyclic Graphs (DAGs) and execute data pipelines in the cloud environment.
- Proficient in creating advanced reports and dashboards utilizing Tableau and Power BI, with additional experience in Adobe Analytics considered advantageous.
- Display meticulous attention to detail and the ability to integrate and quality assure multiple data sources.
- Possess strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Excel in both oral and written communication.
- Demonstrate the ability to distill extensive datasets into a coherent narrative and deliver impactful insights.
- Exhibit a curious mindset, passion, and drive to acquire new skills, tools, and analytics techniques essential for addressing business challenges.
- Openness to working across U.S. time zones, primarily Pacific Time (PST).
- Ability to effectively convey business insights to stakeholders.
