Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets set for cities and enhancing the organization’s visibility.
- Negotiating and finalizing contracts with restaurants, managing inquiries from both existing and prospective clients.
- Proactively sourcing sales leads from the market and engaging with restaurants to secure conversions.
- Cultivating strong relationships with restaurant proprietors, providing market-related advice, and offering solutions on pertinent issues such as discounting strategies, menu enhancements, and order cancellations.
- Increasing revenue for Swiggy Dineout through various strategies including upselling, cross-selling, advertising investments, and other applicable channels.
- Conducting sales reporting activities for Swiggy, encompassing competitive analysis, tracking partner interactions, and staying abreast of recent trends in the managed city.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for potential clients during field visits.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduates or Postgraduates with 1-2 years of sales experience.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations or the food delivery sector (optional).
- Confident, personable, and proactive attitude.
- Essential proficiency in English communication and effective local language skills.
- Basic numerical abilities (e.g., understanding growth and degrowth).
- Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent software is advantageous.
