Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of up to 50 small to mid-sized customers, with annual revenue ranging between $2-3 million.
- Take responsibility for ensuring efficient utilization of PowerShare and related services among customers by developing and executing comprehensive Adoption Plans.
- Deploy PowerShare at designated spoke accounts, encompassing installation, training, testing, and ensuring connectivity.
- Promote awareness in the market, educate potential clients, and surpass set objectives by expanding the adoption of PowerShare within our client base.
- Deliver value to customers by assisting them in defining clear business outcomes and constructing success plans comprising objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics for achievement.
- Drive effective usage of PowerShare within customers through the implementation of thorough and actionable Adoption Plans.
- Cultivate, sustain, and leverage relationships with customers to drive solution adoption, garner support for new opportunities, and secure advocacy for Microsoft+Nuance.
- Demonstrate advanced insights into customers’ businesses/industries, challenging their perspectives on both business and processes as appropriate.
- Facilitate collaboration and garner strong support from various external and internal teams, maintaining close connections with PowerShare subject matter experts throughout the customer lifecycle.
