Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities to assess the effectiveness of Quality Control processes.
- Reporting identified issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Head for further action.
- Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and conducting root-cause analysis to address any discrepancies.
- Assisting Quality Control in meeting deliverables by sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Conducting quality refresher sessions for individuals experiencing performance challenges.
- Participating in risk-oriented reviews to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Guiding new team members in understanding procedures within the Support department.
- Collaborating with teams across various locations to ensure seamless operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree
Preferred skills:
- Proficient in English language communication.
- Previous experience in Quality Support roles.
- Demonstrated history of receiving positive performance evaluations.
- Possesses keen attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Practical proficiency in using Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides.
