Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill specific technology consulting objectives as assigned.
- Comprehend and address business requirements and demands.
- Assist in generating and managing technical, functional, and process documentation.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement solutions through building, testing, and delivery processes.
- Contribute to application design initiatives.
- Take charge of creating technical specifications.
- Manage coding, development, and unit testing responsibilities.
- Generate test data, create test scripts, and execute tests.
- Assist in infrastructure-building endeavors.
- Ensure adherence to established processes and utilize appropriate tools in daily operations.
Preferred skills:
- Graduation year should be 2024.
- Attain an aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA of 6.5 and above.
- Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Allied Computer Science branches, Information Technology, and all Circuit branches.
- Master of Technology/Engineering (M.Tech/M.E.) or 5 years integrated course in Computer Science, Allied Computer Science branches, and Information Technology.
- Master of Computer Application (MCA).
General Expectations:
- The candidate will enroll as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act, facilitated by a tripartite agreement involving the professional, organization, and an appropriate government agency.
- Upon selection, the candidate will undergo a 1-year probationary period starting from the date of joining.
- Possess excellent analytical and communication skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation formats.
- Demonstrate the capability to navigate one’s career path and establish networks within the organization.
- Display the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams at various professional levels.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and articulate concerns or questions when necessary.
- Engage stakeholders regularly via face-to-face interactions, video conferences, teleconferences, and emails to grasp global client processes and address business challenges.
- Offer practical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement them.
- Possess knowledge of methodologies and an understanding of process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional subject matter experts from Deloitte’s global clients.
- Demonstrate willingness to work in shifts as required.
