Key Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting on various platforms including Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications remotely.
- Handle incoming calls and promptly respond to customer emails.
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Utilize available resources to research required information and provide solutions to customers.
- Investigate, identify, and resolve customer complaints using relevant software.
- Direct calls and tickets to appropriate resources and domains for optimal user support.
- Document all call information following standard operating procedures.
- Identify, document, and report trends in customer calls to management.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for new issues and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate call logs and generate reports as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Exhibit the ability to empathize, soothe, and manage upset customers with exceptional communication proficiency.
- Possess technical knowledge for troubleshooting base operating system issues and a willingness to learn about new technologies.
