Key Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
- Provide advisory support to corporate entities regarding expense budgets and forecasts.
- Manage the entire life cycle from annual budgeting to monthly forecasting, tracking actual results, conducting variance analysis, and delivering comprehensive reporting.
- Drive initiatives aimed at reducing expenses by ensuring quality information management and offering expert advice.
- Continuously enhance processes and reporting mechanisms to align with the requirements of senior business partners.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Enhance accuracy and effectiveness of forecast-to-actual reporting.
- Ensure business leaders make sound financial decisions, contributing to the achievement of the company’s overall financial objectives.
- Conduct objective and data-driven analysis to evaluate profitability and margins, contributing to organizational growth.
- Develop tools to improve understanding of financial performance across the business.

- Corporate Functions business partners, including heads of HR, IT, and Legal.
- Accounting and other members of the wider Finance team.
- Executive Leadership.
- Third-Party Vendors.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
Preferred skills:
- Possession of a Master’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant working experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in technical aspects of budgeting, financial statements, cash management, and financial analysis processes.
- Demonstrates initiative by taking ownership of issues and actively driving them towards resolution.
- Capable of excelling in a fast-paced, high-growth, and somewhat unstructured work environment.
- Ability to delve into details while also analyzing data from a holistic perspective.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Works effectively with minimal supervision and provides timely updates on work progress as necessary.
