Key Responsibilities:
- Perform fundamental financial data collection, enrichment, and maintenance using client or in-house databases.
- Extract necessary datasets from input or source documents and format them into the required output template.
- Utilize tools and systems to guarantee punctual delivery of tasks.
- Manage the uploading and removal of reports as necessary on client or in-house databases.
- Uphold the integrity and quality of data throughout all processes.
- Execute assigned tasks in accordance with provided instructions and guidelines, meeting required Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Ensure adherence to and compliance with organizational performance tracking mechanisms, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance current workflows.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Commerce Graduate/PGDM/MBA/M.Com/MFM qualifications.
- Eligibility from any stream with Finance as a major or minor subject.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with Macros is advantageous.
- Demonstrated positive attitude, keen interest in research, adept writing skills, and a keen eye for detail.
- Capability to engage effectively across various organizational levels and address issues professionally.
Preferred skills:
- 0 – 3 years of relevant experience.
- Specialization in finance or accounting with a robust understanding.
- Essential prerequisites include effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and proficient computer skills.
- Willingness to work rotational night shifts is required.
- Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team, with a commitment to meeting flexible schedules to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a persistent work approach.
- Possession of robust quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
