Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fundamental financial data collection, enrichment, and maintenance using client or in-house databases.
• Extract necessary datasets from input or source documents and format them into the required output template.
• Utilize tools and systems to guarantee punctual delivery of tasks.
• Manage the uploading and removal of reports as necessary on client or in-house databases.
• Uphold the integrity and quality of data throughout all processes.
• Execute assigned tasks in accordance with provided instructions and guidelines, meeting required Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Ensure adherence to and compliance with organizational performance tracking mechanisms, policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance current workflows.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Commerce Graduate/PGDM/MBA/M.Com/MFM qualifications.
• Eligibility from any stream with Finance as a major or minor subject.
• Computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with Macros is advantageous.
• Demonstrated positive attitude, keen interest in research, adept writing skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to engage effectively across various organizational levels and address issues professionally.

Preferred skills:

• 0 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Specialization in finance or accounting with a robust understanding.
• Essential prerequisites include effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and proficient computer skills.
• Willingness to work rotational night shifts is required.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate within a team, with a commitment to meeting flexible schedules to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a persistent work approach.
• Possession of robust quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills.
