Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibly handle client inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Deliver pertinent client-specific details and statements in response to received requests.
- Execute the processing of Trade Exceptions and assigned tasks in accordance with established procedures and deadlines.
- Investigate and rectify discrepancies in financial transactions, including mismatches, unconfirmed or missing trade bookings, nonreceipts, and payment or interest claims, ensuring accuracy in both payable and receivable accounts.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, such as front desk personnel, traders, account managers, relationship managers, and credit officers, via phone, email, and chats, to ensure timely and precise resolution of both economic and non-economic breaks.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preference for a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Essential proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
Preferred skills:
- Additional beneficial skills include expertise in Client Onboarding & Maintenance and Client Life Cycle Management.
