Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design and development of secure, scalable software solutions of high quality, meeting technical requirements specifications and design artifacts within established timeframes and budget constraints.
- Create test scripts to ensure comprehensive quality testing of products in an efficient manner.
- Collaborate within cross-functional agile teams, involving Front-end Developers, Report/BI Developers, and Product Owners, to implement the next generation of enterprise applications.
- Engage closely with Product Owners and the IT development team to formulate test plans and test cases.
- Remain updated on Analytics technology trends and industry best practices to refine and enhance expertise continually.
- Participate in architectural discussions, iteration planning, and feature sizing meetings.
- Generate reports and conduct ad-hoc analysis using various BI tools.
- Offer assistance during System and User Acceptance Testing phases.
- Adhere strictly to Agile processes and actively participate in agile ceremonies.
Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred skills:
- Possesses a conceptual grasp of Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrates proficiency in SQL programming.
- Proficient in business and test case documentation.
- Familiarity with Oracle/SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Executes and documents test cases according to industry standards.
- Understands Business Intelligence solutions for clientele.
- Exhibits exposure to and comprehension of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Holds experience in AGILE methodology.
- Capable of collaborating within global teams while maintaining technical proficiency.
- Demonstrates mandatory proficiency in communication skills.
