Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service during calls with Consumer Card Members, aiming for superior satisfaction.
- Address all customer inquiries and adhere to established procedures accordingly.
- Offer alternatives and utilize exemplary service and call handling skills to ensure optimal solutions and First Call Resolution (FCR) for Card Members.
- Assess the mood, profile, and needs of customers, leveraging this information to propose the most suitable benefits/products while maintaining compliance with established guidelines.
- Achieve goals related to customer, employee, and shareholder metrics, and proactively identify issues through feedback. Recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their requirements and ensure consistent quality service delivery.
- Maintain adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Demonstrate the ability to make prompt decisions and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Leverage previous sales experience alongside top-notch customer service skills.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication, and listening abilities, with a focus on excellent verbal communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Customer-focused individual with a strong capability to resolve customer issues and effectively handle service-related situations.
- Demonstrated reliability and self-motivation skills, along with proficiency in change management.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments as well as independently.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willingness to work 24/7 and rotational shifts, including night shifts, in a hybrid environment.
- Strong interpersonal communication and comprehension abilities.
Preferred skills:
- Prior experience in sales coupled with a background in delivering exceptional customer service.
