Key Responsibilities :
- Ability to identify issues and collaborate with various teams across the organization to address them effectively.
- Communicates with both the line of business and management to provide updates on the overall status and performance of the application.
- Proactively seeks opportunities for enhancement in monitoring, application stability, and the efficiency of root cause determination.
- Utilizes advanced query and programming skills to perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution of issues.
- Conducts thorough root cause analysis to address underlying problems effectively.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses 0-2 years of experience in SQL Server or any other database system.
- Demonstrates familiarity with at least one programming language.
- Proficient in optimizing and crafting SQL queries, including stored procedures.
- Knowledge or exposure to SAP S4Hana is advantageous.
- Experienced in supporting internal applications and providing application support.
- Capable of analyzing problems and offering effective solutions.
- Adaptable to working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Provides technical support to users on issues ranging from technical concerns to data-related problems within supported applications or production environments.
- Displays a strong commitment to teamwork and inclusivity.
- Initiates tasks independently, driven by motivation and innovation, and capable of delivering technical solutions.
- Possesses excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals.
Preferred skills:
- Any relevant certifications are considered an added advantage.
- Ability to comprehend data modeling and conduct data analysis.
- Preferred knowledge or experience with other database systems.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake is desirable.
