Key Responsibilities:
- Perform monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities to assess the effectiveness of Quality Control procedures, focusing on both successful outcomes and areas needing improvement.
- Identify and report any issues discovered during QA processes to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Head for further review and resolution.
- Provide constructive feedback to Quality Control analysts and conduct root-cause analysis to address any discrepancies or deviations from standards.
- Assist Quality Control in meeting deliverables by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Conduct quality refresher sessions for individuals experiencing challenges with maintaining quality standards, aiming to improve their performance.
- Participate in risk-oriented reviews aimed at identifying issues and actively facilitating their resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Guide new team members within the Support department to understand and adhere to established procedures through coaching and mentoring.
- Foster collaboration with teams located in different locations to ensure effective communication and alignment of quality objectives across the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in English language communication.
- Prior experience in Quality Support roles.
- Demonstrated history of receiving positive evaluations.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Practical familiarity with Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides applications.
