Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in creating Dashboards, Reports & generating Insights.
- Experienced with Tableau for data visualization.
- Proficiency in using Alteryx tool and understanding its workflows.
- Highly skilled in Python and SQL (or another querying language).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates a strong logical and scientific approach to problem-solving.
- Possesses excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of communicating complex results effectively and concisely across all organizational levels.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possesses 1-3 years of experience in the data analytics domain.
- Experienced in constructing visualization dashboards, reports, and automating them.
- Holds 1-3 years of experience using Tableau visualization tool.
- Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing Alteryx tool and its workflows for dashboard automation.
- Skilled in extracting insights from historical or real-time data.
- Proficient in Python or other prominent software/languages.
- Familiarity with querying languages such as SQL, Snowflake, and relational databases.
- Understanding of Text Analytics (NLP) and Machine learning concepts is advantageous.
- Preferably has knowledge of CX (Customer Experience) domain or involvement in survey data projects.
- Graduates from any academic background (quantitative fields preferred).
- Possesses excellent communication skills.
