Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and comprehend the crucial tax touchpoints throughout the entire business processes to address clients’ specific requirements effectively.
- Analyze and document clients’ tax and business needs to develop the optimal Oracle Tax design or complement it with appropriate alternative tax technology solutions.
- Assist the team in designing, constructing, and integrating tax requirements and procedures into Oracle systems architecture or broader tax technology solutions to fulfill clients’ needs.
- Aid the team in evaluating the business impact of technical decisions made during the project.
- Assist in identifying and logging risks and issues on the project as they arise.
- Support the project team in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are informed of any challenges, risks, or issues related to the technical solutions being implemented.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation while continuously enhancing internal and client processes.
- Provide regular updates to the project team regarding the project’s progress against projected scope, timelines, budget, etc.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse teams within an inclusive team culture, where contributions are valued and recognized.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce (B.com/M.com), or MBA Finance.
- Possession of an MBA, Chartered Accountant (CA), Engineering degree, or any other bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
- Post-graduation in ERP from a reputable university.
Preferred skills:
- 0-3 years of experience working with ERP systems, with preference given to Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle eBusiness Suite for Tax.
- Strong IT skills with a keen interest in learning new technologies and skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle solution architecture design is preferred.
- Practical or theoretical understanding of common business processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, even under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in work.
