Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Foster and sustain productive relationships with internal team members and other teams within the organization.
- Generate reporting tailored to individual client needs.
- Compile regulatory reports, including initial financial statements and regulatory submissions.
- Adjust to and implement changes in regulatory obligations.
- Manage task prioritization to fulfill deadlines, with the discretion to escalate issues to the direct manager.
- Display proficiency and understanding of departmental and team protocols, as well as relevant systems.
- Propose refinements and enhancements to departmental processes and applicable systems.
Key Responsibilities for Business Management – Associate:
- Manage the central repository of tasks spanning AM Business Management on a global scale.
- Enhance the efficiency and standardization of the task repository. Address executive ad-hoc requests promptly, encompassing project management, presentation development, and business analysis.
- Arrange intricate information strategically and persuasively, showcasing adeptness in design and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Develop wireframes and mock-ups iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
- Engage effectively with key business partners to comprehend projects and propel subsequent actions.
- Supervise and execute pivotal work streams and tasks. Identify significant business risks within the platform and facilitate the implementation of mitigating controls.
- Assist in meeting audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements; facilitate specific action plans and deliverables within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) framework. Coordinate team engagements and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions.
- Gather and manage internal resources and documentation on collaborative platforms like SharePoint. Contribute to collaborative efforts with team members and global managers, continuously seeking avenues to streamline, enhance, and augment existing business processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Business Management or Operations roles required. Proficiency in Alteryx is essential, while Tableau skills are preferable.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or reports across various projects and to diverse stakeholders. Meticulous attention to detail and a consistent emphasis on design quality are imperative.
- Proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholder groups and effectively advance objectives.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management proficiencies.
- Capability to articulate and justify design decisions thoughtfully.
- Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced levels expected across all MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Pivot Tables.

- Demonstrates self-motivation, tenacity, and the ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Possesses exceptional written and oral communication abilities.
