Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients within Deloitte Global, our People Advisory team, and our Functional People Centre of Excellence teams to research, develop, and implement a comprehensive, unified, contextual people data experience.
- Serve as a trusted intermediary between the client and the People Insights team, translating business requirements and data discoveries into actionable insights.
- Facilitate accessibility of insights derived from data analytics to the business, offering contextual information to technical analysts regarding business drivers and strategies.
- Deliver findings and recommendations to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset to interpret and analyze complex data sets related to our workforce, encompassing employee engagement, retention, performance, diversity, and inclusion metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support business objectives and address critical business inquiries.
- Remain updated with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Collaborate with colleagues across the People Insights team to articulate client data requirements and develop standardized approaches for generating reports and analyses.
- Review and enhance deliverables alongside the team before client distribution, integrating key analytical insights into presentations based on your comprehension and familiarity with the client’s operations and objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a hybrid team dynamic in a dynamic work environment.
- Possess 2+ years of consulting experience for internal or external clients, focusing on the application of analytic and reporting solutions.
- Experience in Human Capital or People teams addressing People-centric business scenarios and managing confidential People data.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in crafting engaging narratives with people data for non-technical stakeholders.
- Meticulous attention to detail and design principles.
- Proven experience leading tasks and small to mid-size projects with minimal supervision.
- Aptitude for developing client-ready presentations using various tools.
- Understanding of advanced statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of a programming language such as R or Python.
- Experience with Visier or OneModel is advantageous.
