Key Responsibilities for Testing Associate:

  • Execute test cases meticulously designed for assessing Software builds on the mobile platform.
  • Conduct regular quality checks following established protocols, meticulously noting and reporting any deviations observed.
  • Familiarize oneself with testing protocols, guidelines, and policies for new devices, and apply them consistently in daily tasks.
  • Utilize software tools for validation, analysis, and data capture on a regular basis.
  • Proficiently document results, communicate and escalate failures as necessary, and furnish timely status reports.

Key Responsibilities for IT Support Associate:

  • Proficient Communication Skills: Demonstrating clear and concise communication abilities. This role involves interacting with Amazon Internal customers across APAC/EMEA/AMER Operation/IT teams/Customer support.
  • Consistent Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Maintaining operational consistency and efficiency by adhering to established procedures.
  • Basic IT Troubleshooting Knowledge: Proficiency in resolving issues on various client devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Fundamental Understanding and Troubleshooting Skills in Various Operating Systems, particularly Windows and Linux.
  • Flexibility in Work Schedule: This role entails a flexible work schedule with rotational shifts to provide real-time customer support in a 24*7 operating environment.
  • Meeting OTS Service Desk Goals: Achieving targets for Response and Resolution SLA, CSAT, and effectively managing incidents while adhering to service desk objectives.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma

Preferred skills:

  • Candidates with B.E., B.Tech., MSC IT, and MCA degrees.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities.
