Key Responsibilities for Analyst:
- Configure, schedule, and maintain custom reports & dashboards for end users.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and serve as the initial point of contact for all People Reporting queries.
- Stay updated on reporting systems and facilitate the knowledge transfer to others.
- Review data to identify potential data integrity issues and ensure they are promptly addressed.
- Maintain documentation for assigned reports and ensure it is regularly updated.
- Uphold high-quality standards regarding the accuracy and timeliness of reports.
Key Responsibilities for Business Solution Analyst:
- Collaborate with product owners and business teams to collect, analyze, and formulate functional requirements pertaining to application security.
- Develop a visual representation of business requirements by articulating and documenting functional designs, process workflows, and system integrations.
- Identify gaps and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to validate that translated technical requirements align with functional requirements.
- Generate test cases and test scripts aligned with functional requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features align with business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Investigate technical issues by examining system and application logs.
- Define and document pertinent product training materials.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Hold an MCA, BTech, or BSC in Computer Science.
Preferred skills:
- Well-versed in data wrangling, ETL, and data cleansing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Data Analytics and Visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
- Familiarity with R/Python is highly advantageous; a basic understanding of statistical/analytical programming skills is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to think analytically to resolve issues and problems.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
- Capability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
