Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit PRIDE (Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence) in all tasks and endeavors.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of agreed-upon outcomes.
  • Take ownership of assigned outcomes, recognizing the support available from the global organization.
  • Conduct due diligence and surveillance on assigned clients with strict adherence to policy, maintaining utmost confidentiality and achieving 100% accuracy.
  • Ensure client objectives are achieved while strictly adhering to established processes and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between global teams, local teams, and Australian clients to prioritize urgency, enhance team satisfaction, and enable client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to project development and, if necessary, lead project implementation.
  • Collaborate with client teams within the scope of delegated authority.
  • Manage teams and initiatives effectively.
  • Participate in the review of policies, SOPs, and process flows, and propose suggestions for improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Capability to comprehend the broader context, operate autonomously, initiate and convene team collaborations to address challenges.
  • Proficiency in constructing, evaluating, and guiding teams effectively.
  • Capability to apply independent judgment and discretion while managing highly delicate caseloads.
  • Strong proficiency in business communication, particularly in English. Familiarity with contact center operations.

Preferred skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in Banking, Operations, or Financial Crime Risk Management.
  • Proficiency in Customer Lifecycle Management, encompassing KYC, Client Onboarding, Product Fulfillment, Offboarding, Periodic Review, and Client Middle Office operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with adeptness in managing team and client interactions.
