Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and demonstrating hands-on expertise with TMC, HMC, DMG, and Integrex machines.
- Interpreting CMM Programs for NC programming corrections.
- Understanding part drawings and their GD&T requirements.
- Performing tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and industry best practices.
- Possessing basic knowledge of Cutting Tools and Holders.
- Setting tools in machines based on NC programs.
- Supporting processes such as deburring, washing, Leak Test, and in-process inspection.
- Ensuring adherence to daily vouchering.
- Familiarity with measurement gauges/instruments and their setup as required.
- Basic understanding of Jigs & Fixtures/work holding devices.
- Knowledgeable about Quality Control (QC) tools and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Implementing safe Material handling practices for single-piece flow.
- Understanding process-specific Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
