Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in Java programming and object-oriented design, with a strong dedication to producing clean, efficient code to optimize system functionality and performance.
- Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Users to execute the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Capital Market Client projects.
- Contributing to the design and documentation of software architecture, aligned with existing architecture and Client input.
- Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed.
- Engaging with the Client for requirement gathering, providing regular updates on project status, facilitating UAT, and playing a pivotal role in the overall project engagement.
- Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), or Business Administration (MBA).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Software development and enhancement.
- Strong expertise in Java programming with practical hands-on experience.
- Sound understanding of Data Structures and algorithms.
- Logical analysis skills with effective problem-solving abilities and design concepts.
- Thorough knowledge of the Spring framework.
- Proficient in SQL.
- Desirable familiarity with Unix Shell Scripting.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and a rapid learning aptitude.
- Experience with enterprise Java technologies such as Java-8, Spring, JUnit, and Hibernate.
- Experience in transaction-safe database processing, preferably with Sybase or DB2.
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organization and coordination abilities.
- Exceptional drive, capable of autonomously identifying and resolving issues, and skilled at delivering solutions.
- Strong team player skills.
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Technical professionalism, demonstrating proven abilities in Java development and implementation.
