Key Responsibilities:
- Collating, analyzing, extracting, and entering high-quality data (Financial / Non-Financial Data) into work tools according to guideline specifications for the assigned vertical.
- Understanding the dataset’s functionality, being familiar with workflows, and possessing a strong working knowledge of work tools.
- Offering input and suggestions for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
- Achieving predefined individual and team targets, ensuring outcomes are delivered with quality and excellence.
- Cultivating technical expertise within the department.
- Addressing problems or issues, and assisting the team in enhancing workflows/processes for the department.
- Reviewing feedback on transaction content to rectify errors and establish or refine procedures and processes to enhance accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree/ MBA
Preferred skills:
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in corporate finance and accountancy, including comprehension of financial statements and annual reports.
- Familiarity with various secondary research sources.
- Readiness to work in a 24*5 environment with rotational shifts.
- Certification or proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive abilities.
- Capability to conduct effective thematic online research.
